For carrying out work on the railway and the difficult accessibility of workplaces, we have 5 rail trailers that can travel on the rails. These trailers can be used for performing thermite welding and adhesive welding. Some of these trailers have been developed with a 380V/22KVA onboard generator suitable for arc welding and build-up welding.
These trailers can also be used for carrying out inspections and clearing snow from the railway.
In trams, subways, and industry, the trailers are used as generators for arc welding.
The RAILPROF is a measuring instrument for accurately measuring longitudinal rail geometry in both vertical and horizontal directions over a length of 1000 mm, at an ambient temperature between -5 ºC and +40 ºC (PDA 0 ºC - +40 ºC). The measurements are performed by two contactless sensors inside the RAILPROF, which are moved by a stepper motor. A measurement is taken every 5 mm. The measurement accuracy is +/- 0.03 mm for deviations up to +/- 0.5 mm compared to a straight line between the first and last measurement point. For larger deviations, the accuracy is 5% of the measured value up to a deviation of approximately 1.5 mm.
A preheating torch used for preheating and drying rail ends and the entire casting system for performing exothermic welding.
This bus is used for performing work on trams, subways, industry, and crane tracks where there is good accessibility via the road. The bus is equipped with its own power source, 380V/22KVA.
